A mix of Curacao and the Netherlands in your backyard. By placing two kitchen islands, both countries are represented.
With light and soft colour’s, I create a relaxing atmosphere, and with accents, I highlight the island’s ambiance. It will be a simple open kitchen. This kitchen island also radiates warmth, and everything related to heat happens here, such as the Green Eggs and the gas stove.
With cool colour’s, I create a clean look and an atmosphere that radiates Holland. There will also be a simple, closed, and sleek kitchen here. This kitchen island will contain all the cool and wet elements, such as a faucet, refrigerators, and freezers.
In Curaçao, people cook a lot of meat, especially barbecue. When barbecuing, you will find many different types of meat, poultry, and fish on the fire. Usually, there are also many other salads and sauces paired with the meat.
